This next blog is a little different.. And need to be read to the tune of "What a night" by Frankie Valli..
Late July back in 17, what a very hard day for me,
'Cause I still haven't had a sh*te
On, the build site
We have, laid some bricks it is all the same ,
all too much and it's driving us insane
What a team, what a sight
Oh, I, I can't believe team 1 had a day in the pool and I
As I recall they had burgers too
Oh, what a fright
The smoky water, wasn't good for me
Almost as bad as last night`s tea ;)
Let's hope it's not the same tonight!
I felt a burn so I applied my sun cream
Looking for some shade for a quick break with my team
Oh, sooo bright
And, we, put some scaffolding up against the wall `cos we're too small
and now
Joe can now reach the top of the wall
Oh, what a night
The stars came out and showed their own light
Seemed so dark but now it seems so bright
What a view, what a night
I felt a rush like a rolling bolt of thunder
Running to the long drop, where is my loo roll?
Oh, what a night?
(Do, do, do, do, do, do, do, do, do, do, do)
Oh, what a night...

DeleteThe blogs just too good to be true
we can't take our eyes off you
although it’s not heaven so much
so glad you’re keeping in touch
At long last Tanzania has arrived
And we thank God were alive
It's just too good to be true
We Can't take our eyes off you
Pardon the way that we stare
There's nothing else to compare
The sight of you working all week
leaves me unable to speak
But if you feel like we feel
and it all seems surreal
Its just too good to be true
We can't take our eyes off you
We love our lavi's
And it's quite all right
you need our Lavi's
For those long drop frights
You need our Lavi's
Trust in me when I say
Our pretty Lavi's
Don't bring me down I pray
Oh pretty Lavi
Now that we've found you stay
And let us love you, baby
Let us love you
You're just too good to be true
We can't take our eyes off you
It will be like heaven to touch
and you want to sit on it so much
At long last the poo has arrived
And you thank God for the sight
Its too good to be true
you cant take your eyes off the loo
We love our Lavis etc etc
Well done all, brilliant work that you are doing. Love from the Parksies
